What it does for you

Today and Briefing fold the team's leadership + product rollups into a one-screen orientation (spend, benefit, prevented incidents, PRs merged) with deep links to the surface behind each number. File search browses the published snapshot corpus; the PR index lists recently merged work. A teammate or lead gets the whole picture without a desktop running.

Honest about what stays desktop

Signal (the OTel producer/consumer view) is computed over a developer's LOCAL OTLP pipeline and is not streamed, so the hosted surface names that and routes to the team-side telemetry instead. Agent traces and the Error-analysis workbench are intentionally NOT here - they are the separately-tracked, human-gated W5-TRACES slice. Every metric is shown only when the underlying events exist.
