No plan changes what RepoOps can capture. Coverage depends on the assistant and the capture tier you run, and the matrix names the gaps.
Every Solo Hosted and Team line maps to a capability RepoOps already ships, as do the Enterprise identity rows: SSO, SCIM, audit export, custom retention. Single-tenant deployment and the SLA are contract terms we agree with you, not features we have built.
Yes. Solo is the local desktop app, free, on your own model key. The download form asks for a name and an email, and there is no card to enter. It carries the full accountability loop: the caused-by trail, the lessons and the brain.
Solo runs on your machine. Solo Hosted ($25 a month) adds the hosted dashboard at repoops.ai/team for one user, retained history with backups, and brain plus telemetry sync. The brain is the same on both; the hosted workspace is what you pay for.
Bring your own model key. Your provider bills the spend against it. The desktop app calls the provider from your machine. The hosted tiers call it from our server with the key you store for your account, and the privacy policy says what is held in server memory and for how long. Capture, the dashboards and the rest of the app work without a key; Brain Dreaming, Ask synth and the Daily diary need one.
Yes. Annual billing is 12 months for the price of 11, prepaid. Monthly billing has no discount.
Cancel any time from the billing page through the Stripe Customer Portal. Monthly plans have no automatic refund: seats stay active to the end of the billing period, then lapse. Annual plans get a pro-rated refund for full unused months on request within 60 days of renewal. First-time customers get a full refund on request within the first 14 days.
