Costs

Hosted cost rollup for your team: total spend, month-to-date, and projected month-end, broken down by actor and by verb. The budget cap is set on the Team overview page; Governance shows current spend against it.

Where to find it

  • Hosted route: repoops.ai/team/costs (the last 30 days)
  • API: /api/costs, with ?windowDays=N (1 to 365, default 30), ?topN=M (default 10) and ?format=csv for the day-grain export
  • Auth: Any signed-in team member. The budget form is owner / admin only, so the page tells members who can set one.
  • Plan: Any paid plan (Solo Hosted and above)
  • Budget: Daily, weekly and monthly USD caps, plus the alert webhook and email toggle, live under Budget alerts on repoops.ai/team/overview. This page reads the monthly cap and shows burn against it.

What it does for you

See what was billed beside what was measured.The page leads with the billed and measured panel: the provider bills your desktops attached to cases, the case cost receipts in your repository scope, estimates, receipts at an unknown rate, unallocated receipts and costly failed attempts. Billed and measured are never summed, and a figure with no source reads not reported, never zero. Each figure opens the receipts behind it.
Know what AI spend is going where.Total spend, month-to-date and projected month-end for the window, the top verbs and top actors by spend, and a per-day trend. When no priced action landed in the window the page says so, rather than showing a zero that reads as activity.
