Reference index

Every reference doc, filterable in one place. Filter by name or description, then open any doc. Each stays reachable from its own URL and the command palette. Docs are grouped by topic; within a group the ones you opened most in the last 30 days come first, and the rest sort by name.

Start here if you want to find the doc page for any dashboard tab: Tab reference. The Reference index is its in-app counterpart, one list over the brain's reference docs for the repo you have open.

Where to find it

  • Desktop: localhost:4000, then Memory in the sidebar, then Reference index under All tools, in the Lessons, wiki and patterns group.
  • Hosted: repoops.ai/team/reference, from Memory in the sidebar, then Reference index under All tools, in the Lessons, wiki and patterns group.
  • Keyboard: ⌘ K, then type “Reference index”.

What it does for you

One index instead of a drawer of tabs.Every Reference-drawer doc (architecture, files, schema, tests, integrations, and the rest) is filterable from a single page, served at /reference-index.html.
Ranks the docs you open.Within each topic group the index ranks docs by this machine's own sidebar opens over the last 30 days, read from GET /api/tab-usage?days=30. With no opens recorded yet the list is alphabetical and each card reads "not opened in 30d", which is a real measurement. Only when that read fails do the cards drop the count, because the page will not print a number it did not measure.
