What it does for you

Level up derives a Bronze-to-Diamond practice score per developer from the team activity rollup (volume, active time, model variety), and the CLAUDE.md scorecard grades your team's published CLAUDE.md against the load-bearing clauses with a fix hint for each gap. A lead sees both without a desktop running.

Honest about what stays desktop

Context health is computed per session over a developer's LOCAL context window, so there is no team-wide number to roll up; the hosted surface names that and routes to the team-side health surfaces (Brain health, CLAUDE.md scorecard). The per-developer Learning Center, daily diary, and builder profile stay in the desktop app. Cost is reported, never rewarded - spending more is not "better."
