Outbound email compliance

1. Who we are

RepoOps is operated by RepoOps, Inc. (“RepoOps”, “we”, “our”). We make a developer tool that gives AI-built codebases a memory, telemetry, and a learning loop. Contact us any time at support@repoops.ai.

2. Why you received this email

You received an outbound email from us because your public, professional profile (for example, a public repository with a .claude/ directory, a public engineering blog post, or a hiring post) matched our ideal customer profile: engineering leaders at teams already working with AI coding agents. We reached out on the basis of legitimate B2B interest in a product we believe is relevant to your work. We do not send to personal addresses, and we do not buy or scrape consumer email lists.

3. How to opt out

You can stop hearing from us at any time, with no questions asked. Either:

Either path adds you to our permanent suppression list. We honor opt-out requests promptly and within 10 business days at the latest, as required by law.

4. Our mailing address

As required for commercial email, every outbound message includes a valid physical postal address:

[MAILING ADDRESS: operator to fill]

5. How we source and handle contact data

Contact data is sourced from publicly available, professional sources (public code repositories, public company sites, public professional directories) and from email-verification providers that confirm a business address is deliverable. We store only what is needed to run a respectful outbound conversation: name, business email, company, and the public signal that made you a fit.

You can request that we delete the contact data we hold about you at any time by emailing support@repoops.ai. We will delete it and confirm, and (for EU and UK recipients) respond within 30 days as GDPR requires.

6. Our compliance commitments

Our outbound program is run to comply with CAN-SPAM (US): truthful headers, a valid physical mailing address, and a working one-click opt-out honored promptly; GDPR / UK GDPR (EU/UK): a documented legitimate-interest basis, plus deletion on request within 30 days; and CASL (Canada): we contact only obvious legitimate-interest business matches and honor every unsubscribe.
