Open questions
No silent drift. Unresolved architectural questions — each with the event that triggered it. When a question goes > 30 days unresolved, it surfaces on the Today cockpit + the Team brain metrics rollup. Resolve, escalate, or accept that it's parked.

What it does for you
Questions stop disappearing into Slack history.Every architectural uncertainty becomes a Q-ID with a trigger. The trigger lets the next session reconstruct why the question matters.
Aging questions get visibility.Items open > 30 days appear on the Today cockpit and the team rollup. No silent backlog of unresolved structural calls.
Resolved questions become Decisions. When a question gets answered, move it to decisions.md with the same Q-ID for traceability.
Configure
Aging threshold (default 30 days) is hard-coded; questions that need to live longer should be moved to backlog or accepted explicitly.
Use it well
Be honest about which questions are real and which are vibes. A question without a trigger is parking-lot noise; a question with a clear trigger is a structural call waiting to happen. Aged questions are a forcing function.
