More lessons than that and CLAUDE.md's managed block crowds out the actual operating-manual content. The brain ranker promotes new lessons by recency × hit-rate; cold ones archive.

Activity heatmap uses local timezone, not UTC
The first version showed 'you write the most code on Tuesday at 11pm UTC' - true but useless. Switching to local makes the heatmap actionable.
